Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment Gateway: All online payments are processed via SenangPay (SimplePay Gateway Sdn. Bhd.), licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia and PCI DSS compliant. PaintHero does not store your payment credentials.
  2. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept FPX (online banking), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), eWallets (Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, Boost), and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL). All transactions are in MYR.
  3. BNPL availability is subject to the provider’s own approval. PaintHero has no control over BNPL eligibility decisions.
  4. Payment Schedule: Refer to our Terms & Conditions for the full 50/40/10 payment structure, progress payment rules, and late payment consequences.
  5. Failed Transactions: If your payment fails, verify the status before retrying to avoid duplicate charges. Contact your Project Advisor if unsure.
  6. Refunds: Refunds are subject to PaintHero’s cancellation policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or provider. Transaction fees are non-refundable. BNPL refunds follow the respective provider’s own policy.
  7. Chargebacks: Please contact us at hello@painthero.my before raising any dispute with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in work suspension and all completed work remaining billable.
  8. Shipping: PaintHero is a home & commercial services company. We do not sell or ship physical goods. No shipping policy applies.
  9. Third-Party Terms: By paying via SenangPay, you are also subject to SenangPay’s Terms & Conditions at senangpay.com. PaintHero is not liable for issues arising from SenangPay’s platform.
